Founded in 2021, Wendy has breathed life into SproutWealth, and hopes to become one of the leading specialists in refurbishing low cost houses in the Swansea area of Wales. SproutWealth looks for house that need renovation, and are unoccupied or boarded up.
Graduating from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal with a Postgraduate Degree, a Diploma in Marketing and Google Search Optimisation, she hopes to use her knowledge and experience, to bring life back to the poorer areas in Wales, by providing quality affordable accommodation and creating more employment in these areas.
No slowing down in sight, Wendy is taking SproutWealth to new heights.
We are supported by a powerful team of solicitors, accountants, letting agents, sourcing agents and refurbishers.
